Another Beautiful Wellington Day.....

A12 hardly ever has a bath these days, but with spa jets and the option of a ton of bubbles, the little boy comes out in him:

Playing Hairstylists.....

Nana saw some girls in town last week with a cool 'hairnet' made from their own hair, and copied it on the girls:


I did L10's, and it wasn't anywhere near as neat and tidy as Nana's attempt on H8:

Tree Felling at Nana's.....

Nana and Poppa were getting some trees dropped at their place and it was fascinating to watch the guys in action - when you are skilled at something and are doing a professional job, it's certainly made to look an easy one:

H8's turn for a date with Dad and so they're off on a fishing trip to try their luck:

Giant Doodle Pads.....

We've been having fun colouring these pads lately, it flies against all that I know about the evils of pre-printed colouring books ;o) but sometimes you just have to accept you wanna go the lazy way:

Netball Tournament.....

Here's L10 in action, shooting a goal for THE Dream Girls (Tauranga Home Educators Dream Girls). We learned a valuable lesson today, that you need to be vigilant with score cards, even at this age level, and that some parents have no scruples. We know we won the game fair and square and should have got the runner-up prize packs, and the team who diddled the score card knows that, too.

I'm not bitter about it, at all ;o)
