Happy Valentines.....

Not really a day we celebrate in our house, but when L10 made this card, and delivered it to The Lad (via the receptionist) at work with a 3-pack of Peanut Slabs, I thought it deserved some recognition (I'm so cute on the front there, fatter and taller than The Lad, lol! - and check out my long locks of yester-year):


So I made our pudding along a Valentines theme. I couldn't really do a lot to sexy-up the stew, but I could do the coulis in a heart shape in the custard, and A11 pan-roasted some coconut threads, so I sprinkled them on it for good measure:
