Skint on Skinks.....

L9 came to the garden centre with me today and as were loading our supplies into the car she happened upon this wee fellow.

We usually see loads of them at Nana's Hamilton house, but we haven't seen any up on our hill, so he was a bit of a novelty and he absolutely had to come home with us.

He hung out in a specially constructed habitat for the afternoon so we could have a bit of a close-up squizz at him before we let him go.
